Cucumbers are my favorite snack to eat after school — usually paired with a side of ranch to dip them in or a dash of salt and pepper sprinkled on the top. It wasn’t until I saw the surge of Logan X’s cucumber salads trending on my TikTok For You Page that I was introduced to the various pairings that could be made with cucumbers.
