To make these gooey, mouthwatering brownies: Prepare your favorite box brownie mix, substituting up to ¼ cup of the liquid with bourbon. Bake and allow to cool. Beat together 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar, and ½ cup of softened butter until well combined. Spread and press over the cooled brownies. In a saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup of milk chocolate chips and ⅓ cup of butter and stir until thoroughly melted. Pour over the peanut butter layer and cover completely.
