You don’t need big fancy machines to be able to achieve good workouts that build muscle and burn fat from home, you really only need a few essentials!
1️⃣Hand Weights
2️⃣Resistance Bands
3️⃣Sliders
4️⃣1 Bench
5️⃣Yoga Block
Each of these essentials allow for versatility when it comes to working out. As you progress and get stronger you can get heavier hand weights, add more yoga blocks to your workouts, use stronger resistance bands, and incorporate sliders for higher resistance as well.
I do recommend at least one sturdy bench so you can expand your workouts even more from bench presses to concentration curls, a good bench is always a great investment.
Another great tip for losing weight outside of a gym is to go on walks! Walking regularly is one of the best ways to burn fat, especially when you walk around your meals.
