Please meet the newest member of our #RauteDelta, BC, facility: Aleksandra Farrell, Human Resources Manager. When it comes to #HR, Aleksandra has over 15 years of experience, particularly in manufacturing. Her most recent positions have been with major food brand manufacturers, so our hardhats and safety goggle environment is well known to her. Not surprisingly, Aleksandra chose a career in HR due to her love of people and the opportunity to make their work lives better. Why #Raute? Aleksandra, like other employees, was impressed with Raute’s commitment to #sustainability and getting the most out of raw materials. Year one will be a busy one for her, meeting all our Delta employees and helping onboard even more qualified personnel to our team. Plus, she has lots of ideas for training, engagement and more.
