A tragedy has occurred… But I might survive with the help of this chia pudding. Yogurt bowls are really more about the toppings anyway 🤷‍♀️ This has been my new go-to as the base for all that fruit and granola 🤤 It’s delicious, creamy, high protein, and, most importantly, does not give me the ick lol Recipe(2ish servings): 1c cottage cheese 1/2-3/4c milk (depending on desired thicccness) 2T chia seeds 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used transparentlabs code ALLIE for 10% off) 1t vanilla 1T sweetener of choice (optional) Blend everything together and add desired toppings! This will also thicken up more if you let it sit in the fridge overnight, but I struggle to plan that far ahead. I used transparentlabs French Vanilla whey protein, but this would also be amazing with the other flavors (like cinnamon French toast, peanut butter, and strawberry milkshake).
