It can be awkward to talk about mental health, but let's seize the awkward!
If your friend is acting irritable, seems more sensitive than usual, or hasn't been around to hangout as much, they may need your help. Simple questions can start a meaningful conversation. Try initiating a conversation with one of these 5 ways:
- Hey, we haven't talked in a while. How are you?
- Are you OK? You don't seem like yourself lately.
- Hey, you seem frustrated today. I'm here for you.
- Seems like something's up. Do you wanna talk about what's going on?
- I'm worried about you and would like to know what's up so I can help.
Let's work together to keep our community happy and healthy.
