You have to find it within yourself, for yourself. There’s going to be days that are hard, weeks that are hard, & months that are hard. There’s going to be days you rather sleep in, days you’re exhausted after work, and days you feel like you’re getting no where. You have to find your why. You have to dig deep and figure out what it is you’re working towards and why you want it so bad. This can apply to anything in life. You have to find a reason that gets you out of bed to go to the gym before work. You have to find a reason to prioritize working out even in the midst of your busy schedule. You have to find your why to help push you through those seasons you feel stagnant. Moving forward on those days, weeks or even months you aren’t feeling it will lead to both mental and physical growth. THAT is what will make the difference. THAT is how you’ll reach your goals.
