“On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul increased.” -Psalm 138:3 Happy to capture and remember 9/11 once again at the 2nd Annual Carter-Finley Stadium Stair Climb. So often we find ourselves in situations where all seems lost, that there’s no hope. How could there be anything good from something so terrible? This is when we turn to God. He does hear us, and he wants to fill us with his loving presence. While your circumstances may not change, God is displaying his love and power in you. Through reliance on God, calling on him in need, and understanding that it’s all his will and not our own, our souls are strengthened. The Holy Spirit fills us with his strength and gives us hope. Thankful to work with NCSU Army ROTC and Fire & Life Safety again on this event. It was really encouraging to see everyone out there showing their support and honoring those that were lost. 110 flights of stairs; 2977 deaths; 4 planes; 0814-1003; a day that shook the nation, and the world...
