EMMA CROUCH, IMC 2024 READY FOR A GLOBAL EXPERIENCE It has always been the dream of sophomore and integrated marketing communication major Emma Crouch to study abroad in college. Emma, along with two other students, is embarking on a study abroad trip to Dublin, Ireland for the spring semester. These three will be the first students at Winthrop to go abroad since the pandemic hit. It just made sense to Emma to choose IMC as her major because she gets to explore both advertising and marketing while still experiencing the mass communication and journalism side of things. “Marketing and selling things have been what I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid. I just wanted to get people to buy things” she added. She’s excited to continue learning more about IMC when she goes to Dublin where she’ll be continuing her education at Dublin Business School.
