David Ciancimino, S.J., drew on the season-opening speech of football coach Kraig Kurzanski ’84 during his homily for our Mass of the Holy Spirit. The Mass is one in which our campus community gathers together to thank God and to seek the guidance and wisdom of the Holy Spirit for the new school year, a Jesuit school tradition for hundreds of years. Students participated in the Mass through readings and responses, choral and instrumental music and as candlebearers and crossbearer.
