Recently, the whole of Dookie Primary School stopped by Shepparton Police Station for an action-packed visit! 📚⁣ ⁣ Though small in numbers (a school of just 15 kids), it didn't stop the students of Dookie Primary from having a lot of fun.⁣ ⁣ Students met with Crime Scene Services and learnt about all things fingerprints, DNA and shoe prints. Highway Patrol (HWP) jumped in next, who showcased particulars of their vehicles and shed a light on road safety.⁣ ⁣ Though what would a school visit be without some friendly competition? Senior Sergeant Biderman put some students to the test with a push-up challenge - a great warm up before students met with the detectives, where they learnt about the different tools that detectives use, like vests and the door ram.⁣ ⁣ It's positive interactions like these that keep the community close.
