Supervised by Ashley Krieger, MS CCC-SLP, #PittCSD Year 1 SLP Student Ashley Joyner and Year 1 AUD Student Tianen Xu participated in speech and language screenings during the PHASE-Up Clinic. This clinic provides speech and hearing screening services to preschool age children in the Pittsburgh Area. Ashley J. enjoys this experience because she "loves making positive connections with the kids while also learning important clinical skills." Tianen shared that he is "grateful for the opportunity to develop skills while working with such adorable kids!" Both Year 1 SLP and AUD cohorts will continue to gain clinical experience through this clinic during the Fall and Spring semesters. #PittSHRS
