DO: ✔️Celebrate what makes you uniquely you. ✔️Share your communication victories with your community including your DHH coach and audiologist! ✔️Teach others how they can best communicate with you. ✔️Show your ears/devices off. -Wear earrings, style your hair back or even customize your device to reflect the strong and empowered individual you are! ✔️Continue to live your best life! ✔️Revel in the awe and wonder of technology like devices, apps, closed captioning, and more! DON'T: ❌Let others' curiosity convince you that something is wrong.
