There is an affordable housing complex being built to support those who are blind and visually impaired🏠 A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Visions Park housing complex at 950 Visions Park Lane.📍 This important initiative has received a $4 million American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) award from the city to expand the number of affordable housing options for the blind and visually impaired that live below the extremely low-income levels.
