Weight loss diets are a brutal way to lose weight👀 Stop eating all of your favourite foods and cut out all carbs? That’s not something I will ever recommend because you CAN lose weight while still eating all of your favourite food. Simply follow an 80/20 rule where you eat 80% whole foods and 20% processed foods and you’re good to go. As always, I recommend doing this alongside weight training, and for optimal weight training, you should consider hiring me as your fitness trainer. -
