The gym phase you should definitely skip? 💪🏼 THE BRO SPLIT It might be the most common way to train, but that doesn’t mean it’s the best. The bro split is dedicating each day to a different area ie: leg day, back day, shoulders etc. This isn’t the most effective way to train as each muscle group should ideally be trained twice a week for optimal muscle growth.
