Happy National Cooking Day! I sometimes wonder, where would I be if I didn’t start cooking back in 2016? Probably eating a lot of fast food and potato chips, to be honest! Did you know that before I started cooking for myself, I pretty much ate ONLY fast food? Occasionally splurging on the local Italian eatery or Chicago style deep dish pizza LOLOL. I know, I know. Not shaming anyone IN THE LEAST if that’s what you eat, but I must say, my own food tastes WAY better and is far less painful on the wallet!
