This year’s Cow Harbor Day was one for the books! . From the parade down Main Street to all of the sidewalk sales, vendors in the park, music in the gazebo, and carnival rides and games on the harbor, people of all ages had a wonderful time celebrating the Village of Northport’s rich history with their friends and family. . The name of this annual festival originates from “The Great Cow Harbor,” paying homage to when cows used to graze on the fields around the Harbor, which are now two spectacular parks. . Thank you to all of the residents and visitors who turned out and helped make Cow Harbor Day a success.
