If you recall the couple sued MGA Entertainment claiming the company infringed on the name, identity, and likeness of the #OMGGirlz with its popular line of “L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G.” dolls. ___________________________________ Per MeghannCunniff, jurors also said yes, the compnay acted with fraud and malice, which sets up punitive damages.
