Have I ever shared the story of how I got into 3D animation?
During lockdown 4 years ago, I applied for my first startup competition. Being new to entrepreneurship, I wanted to impress the judges, but had no idea how. 3D printing was on the rise so I thought to myself:
“why don’t I make a 3-D model and then I can 3-D print it”
3 days later I taught myself basic
#blender and I actually end up winning the fast pitch competition for $500!
I tried making the product with that $500 but I kept thinking “damn 3D modeling was pretty cool!?”.
4 years later and i enter the SAME competition, this time for the grand prize, equipped with 4 years of business experience.
I’m not a huge fan of sharing my accomplishments, however, being recognized at startup fest for my hard work feels like such an amazing conclusion to my college experience and the $7,500 is the cherry on top .
