For former defensive end Chris Long, football can be used for good. After playing at the college level for UVA, Chris Long went on to play 11 seasons for the NFL, and even helped The Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl two years in a row! #WINSday. Towards the end of his career, Long decided to use his yearly earnings from the NFL to donate to various charities. After his retirement, Long launched numerous charities and foundations to support workers in the NFL, build wells in impoverished areas, and aid educational systems for American students. Long uses his platform for the good of America’s education system.
