HUMPHRIS PARK AND THE SOUTH JETTY REMAIN CLOSED. Storm surge has started to wash over the Humphris Park parking lot and the South Jetty. We expect storm surge to increase throughout the day into tomorrow morning. High tide is at midnight tonight. The South Jetty absorbs wave impacts coming from the south, offering protection to the North Jetty and inlet at Casey’s Pass, as intended. Do not attempt to visit the area.
