There’s something about trail running that makes it far more enjoyable than road running or track. It’s like problem solving on the go, figuring out where that next step is going to land, with some pretty intense consequences if you get it wrong. Taking part in my first trail race gave me a little taste at what UTMB events have on offer. A 10km event with 467m of elevation at 1850m above sea-level.
