Been working on my FORM over the last couple of months and feeling SO much more bouncy 🦘and smooth 🧈 during my runs, with less pain during and less pain after I’m done. Now I get EXCITED for my runs because I’m more confident they will go well and that it will be FUN!
The only thing keeping me from working on my form previously was honestly just my ego… “I’ve been running like this for years, I know how to run”
Well, I’ve also been getting injured for years, so maybe it’s time to make a change!
Now it seems so obvious. Instead of spending so much time on rehab and pain management, I’m working on the root of the problem and not getting myself into so much pain in the first place. Duh! 🙄
Huge shout out to thebalancedrunner for helping me see the light. Paul has an online program (which is super affordable) that you can use too if you’re interested in working on your form/gait.
If enough people signed up for his program, maybe we can convince Paul to move to LA! 🌴 ☀️ 🌊
