Palm Bay PD recently sent three officers and our wellness coordinator to become certified in #FitToEnforce training, held in Memphis, TN. This intensive course covered everything from fitness training and group exercise leadership to sports nutrition and injury prevention. This course is the first step in adding fitness and nutrition education, and training to our Wellness Program offerings as we seek to support our officers in building holistic, whole-person wellness practices. #PalmBayPD #PalmBayProud #OfficerWellness #PBPD
