By not building up the teeth cusp by cusp. By placing one or two flat increments. But would I feel that I had done justice to this young persons teeth who had not been restored before? Nope. Would I want that in my teeth? Heck no. I love the art of trying to make composite look like untouched teeth. So satisfying.
