This is one of the most important things for photographers.⁣ I’ve been in the insurance industry for almost 17 years now, and while I no longer work full time in the office I still hold my licenses.⁣ ⁣ There’s 3 types of coverage you can look at;⁣ -Personal Articles Policy⁣ (P.A.P) -Inland Marine Policy⁣ -Business Insurance⁣ (which has liability coverage) ⁣ Depending on what type of photographer you are (amateur or pro) will factor in what type of insurance you will qualify for.⁣ I do not recommend using your homeowners & renters insurance as a stand in for your camera coverage, it has too high of a deducible & often times not enough coverage, ⁣ Insurance is for sudden & accidental events. ⁣ It’s NOT for wear & tear. ⁣Yes, I’ve used the coverage (that was my lens in the preview photo). ⁣ I also did NOT discuss any rates as each state, each policy, how much coverage, has their own rate so it’s best to get your own quote online, or with your local agent! #i...
