Offseason 2024 is in the books‼️ It was the most workouts I’ve ever done in a single offseason. I got in multiple workouts with 49 current NBA players; posted a small amount of the work this summer but best believe we got it in. Took a different approach this summer and really locked into every single player differently to get the most from them! Now we are entering my favorite time of the year - Fall Time. I get to go to games and watch the players show off the work they have done all offseason while working with my great partners! In a month or so, I go back on the road to continue the grind with the players.
