Last night our 2024 Take the Lead fellow hosted our 5th annual Take the Lead Career Summit at Fenway Park! The summit featured an insightful panel discussion with sports and entertainment industry leaders, followed by a fireside chat with Bekah Salwasser, our Executive Director for the @redsoxfoundation and Executive Vice President of Social Impact, and Michael Lara, our Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. The evening wrapped up with headshots and networking for our attendees. Take the Lead is a fellowship opportunity among New England’s sports teams to share community programs and initiatives that help foster greater racial diversity within our respective fan bases and front offices.
