Cookie dough bites but make it healthier 🍪These might be my favorite little dessert yet! With just a few simple ingredients these high protein bites will be an easy grab when you are craving something sweet. Recipe below👇🏼
-Ingredients-
1/2 cup promix vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk of choice
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Dark chocolate topping:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
-Directions-
-In a large bowl mix your protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt until combined.
-Add in a splash of milk (might need more or less of milk) until you get a cookie dough consistency. Fold in your chocolate chips.
-Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in microwave for 30 second increments until melted.
-Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls, dip or drizzle chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
