MAC ATTACK: The freshman A volleyball team defeated the Ann Richards Stars decisively in straight sets on Tuesday night in the small gym. The set scores were 25-15 and 25-16. Freshman Jennie Thomason said that the team played one of its best games of the season. “I think we played really well as a team,” Thomason said. “We even got some comments that we played the best we ever have as a team.” The Knights hope to continue their winning ways this evening when they travel to Bastrop to take on the Bears, a new district opponent this year.
