5 exercises you need to be doing if you want to increase your vertical as an athlete:
1. Heavy box squats
2. Goblet Squats
3. FF elevated weighted split squat jumps
4. Weighted split box step ups
5. FF elevated calf raises
If you want to increase your vertical, plyos are important, but you need to be lifting heavy too!
