At Gucci Cosmos in Kyoto, the House’s past, present, and future are experienced across a series of ‘worlds’ that draw together creations from the Gucci Archive in Florence. Each world traces a different aspect of Gucci, its principles since its foundation in 1921, and its inspirations and creativity, all interspersed with some of the most important artworks from the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art’s collection. Among the guests at the exhibition opening were Mari Natsuki, Eita Nagayama, Yuka Itaya, Shuhei Uesugi, and the exhibition’s curator Maria Luisa Frisa.
