Goju style Suparinpei ⁡ This kata is considered to be one of the highest level katas in Goju. This kata is one of few katas taught in multiple styles. Shito-Ryu and Shotokan (calls it Hyakuhachiho): Shotokan I believe has two different versions in their own style. I’m not really sure about Wado… at this point maybe there is one, we just don’t know lol. ⁡ I started with the Shito-Ryu version initially, and made the switch when I started to learn from Goju senseis in Japan! They both have their own unique techniques/sequence, which makes learning the kata fun :) ⁡ Do you practice Suparinpei in your style?
