In September, the Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) awarded our Community Health Worker (CHW) Team their 2024 Golden Abacus Award! This prestigious honor is granted to the best non-clinical programs within Colorado's community behavioral health system. Awardees are chosen based their innovation, integration, quality improvement, transferable, usefulness, patient/client experience, and data-driven solutions. Our CHW team helps individuals and families every day by getting them connected to resources in our community.
