Guest Bio: Paul Scott is the current Director of Officials for the National Premier Soccer League and the Coordinator of Officials for both the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). Previous to these positions, he was Concacaf’s Manager of Refereeing from 2015 to 2017. Paul served as a professional match official for over two decades, including a long tenure with Major League Soccer as an Assistant Referee, notably having been assigned to the crew that officiated the inaugural match for MLS in Dallas.
