Reflecting on the weekend… @thekitchenpickleball hosted an event in Austin TX, (Friday-Sunday) @willyfrox and l went 7-0 in pool play with a R16 win Saturday night. Quarterfinals were scheduled for midday Sunday with qualifying for PPA Virginia Beach scheduled for 8am Monday morning. We ended up losing a heart breaker Sunday with flight scheduling being pretty tight. Made my flight to Washington by about 10 minutes, got home to get my car @11:30pm to drive down to VB that night and morning @2am. I was dog tired for singles that morning but still ended up having a good showing making last round qualies for both singles and doubles. S/o to all the boys that also made the trip from TX to VB as well #unfortunate #whatitsabout
