The Deering Estate is excited to announce a 3-class series of Kemetic Yoga led by Michelle Grant-Murray, an Artist-in-Residence and founder of the Olujimi Dance Theatre. This series offers participants a healing and creative space that combines journaling, discourse, meditation, and movement. The classes are open to all skill levels and are suitable for ages 16 and up. No prior experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal.
