October is National Arts and Humanities Month, and we are celebrating with two exhibits by our Deering Artists-in-Residence that deeply connect with themes of culture and identity. Explore *Deering Tiles* by Enma Saiz (enmasaiz), an intricate ceramic mural reflecting the rich history and cultural heritage of the Deering Estate, including the Indigenous Tequesta people, on view in the Richmond Cottage Garden Room until October 31. Also on display is *Witnessing Eden* by Tony Fernandez (aafphoto41) and Jorge Gonzalez Graupera (jg.films), a photography exhibit capturing the beauty and fragility of Florida’s ecosystems, exploring the relationship between humans and nature, open through November 10 in the Great Hall Gallery.
