~ Leg press: Drop set- 1st set 12 reps, 2nd set 10 reps, & 3rd set 6-8 reps
~RDLs: ^ drop set same as above
~Hip thrust: 3 sets of 10
~Leg extension: Drop set- 1st set (heavy weight) 8-10 reps, 2nd set (drop 5-10lbs) 8-10 reps, & 3rd set (drop lbs again) 8-10 reps
~Calf raise: 3 sets of 12-15
