Peeps! We had such a fun time celebrating She’s My Cherry Pie podcast host jessiesheehanbakes at the launch party for her new baking book, “Salty, Cheesy, Herby, Crispy Snackable Bakes.” We hosted the event in the WSA Kitchen at the new wsanyc, and we loved seeing so many bakers & creatives in one room—from justine_snacks to natashapickowicz, hettymckinnon, and bromabakery! We snacked on delicious bites from Jessie’s book, including Cashel Blue Fig Jam Drops and Olive & Aged Cheddar Puffs, all made with kingarthurbaking flour and kerrygoldusa butter and cheese. Everyone toasted the author of the hour with a glass of bouvetladubay and drinkghia. Before the party, there was a demo by Jessie and King Arthur Baking Company’s Staff Editor Jessica Battilana (jbattilana). They made the Savory Dukkah Swirl Bread recipe from King Arthur’s “The Big Book of Bread,” which is out Oct. 22nd.
