There’s definitely a vibe of hospitality, warmth, and kindness in Cleveland. Neighborliness. But mixed in with all of that, there is an unmistakable grit. It’s ingrained in everyone here. It’s like, go to work, do your job, bust your butt, do what you need to do, and then … go grab a beer with your buddies and laugh with your friends and hug your family.
