I’ve been having the best time in the kitchen recently and am finding so much comfort and joy in the process.🖤 Today we’re making homemade granola for a yogurt parfait 👩🏻🍳
INGREDIENTS: ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
½ cup agave or maple syrup
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2½ cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup flaked coconut (or an additional ½ cup of pecans)
1 cup chopped dried dates
A large scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt, for serving
Fresh berries or other fresh fruit, for serving
