The third set started off strong with praiseworthy digs and serves by Thornton. Assisted by sophomore Mia Davis, Rosenblatt switched up her usual setter position to try her hand at outside hitter, and scored the Knights more kills. After long rallies and back and forth hitting and blocking, the game came to a 19-19 tie score. The Knights, in need of points made up, locked in to let sophomore Tiara Cooks serve up some ace kills, only for the game to result in another 23-23 tie, and eventually a Raptor victory. After the Raptors winning back to back sets, the Knights found themselves in dangerous waters trailing 2-1. Caption by Sofia Saucedo. Photos by Julia Copas and Fletcher Vandegrift.
