Our Cru Night wines have arrived! This coming Tuesday October 15th, join us at Terzo as one of the 50 other restaurants across the country simultaneously featuring one iconic single-vineyard wine. For this rendition of cru night, 50 restaurants will be serving “Cressaso” Corvina veronese by Zenato 2017. This is the grape that makes up the backbone of Amarone, some of the grapes are dried after their harvest, and some are left to over-ripen on the vine. A portion of wine is aged in French oak for 24 months. Great for lovers of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon or Amarone.
