Last week, PreventEd hosted Hear Us, an annual advocacy event that provides the opportunity for St. Louis area high school students to advocate for legislative change on substance use in their communities. They traveled over 250 miles, spoke to 10 legislators, met 11 legislative aids, and were invited onto both the House and Senate floors — all in just 24 hours.
