🏆 NCADA’s Alumni Leadership Award goes to a past participant in NCADA’s programs, board member, or staff who continued to uphold and represent the mission and values of NCADA beyond their time with the organization. “Happy Howard” Potratz is the epitome of everything that NCADA stands for. In celebration of Happy Howard’s impact on our community and the lives he has and will continue to change, the Alumni Leadership Award is being renamed, “The Howard Potratz Alumni Leadership Award.” Speaking on their friendship, experiences, and lessons learned from Howard Portratz are his two long-time friends, Jim Murphy and Nick Tompras. 🏆Born and raised in Iowa, after attending Wartburg College Happy Howard went on to receive an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
