Opioid overdose deaths among Black St. Louisans have increased more than 500% in the last 5 years. One part of the solution to reduce the deaths: NaloxBoxes! Equipped with two doses of Narcan, these boxes can be found all around St. Louis City and North St. Louis County and carry the potential to completely reverse an opioid overdose.
