Last week, members of Caring for Denver’s team had the opportunity to attend viventhealth’s Accidental Overdose Response and Prevention Training at coloradovillagecollaborative’s La Paz site.   Caring for Denver is proud to support Vivent Health’s Harm Reduction mobile services and opioid overdose reversal trainings, which equip peers with Narcan supplies and life-saving skills.   In these trainings, participants learn how to prevent, recognize, and respond to opioid overdoses. Each attendee receives a toolkit with essential supplies, along with additional resources—including a training video—so they can share their knowledge with others in their community.   Anyone can save a life!
