AUGUSTINE, FL – The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum is thrilled to announce the celebration of its 150th anniversary, marking a significant milestone of this iconic tower. This momentous occasion is set to kick off a week of special events from October 14 to October 18, 2024. This week-long celebration will feature various engaging activities for all interests and ages. Monday, October 14th is Family Day. Kids 12 & under will receive free admission from 10 am-6 pm. There will be Lighthouse-inspired maritime activities, a bounce house & dunk tank, and a scavenger hunt with a prize. Local organizations will also be joining the event including the Girl Scouts, Fort Mose, Fort Matanzas, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Yacht Club, Lightner Museum and more.
